Proceeding further northeast, on the right side behind a wall is a handle that, when activated, opens a secret area further to the northeast. A leveled draugr is on a catwalk surrounding a central pillar, which can be reached by jumping from a pile of ash near the doorway on the northwest side to a ledge just below the catwalk, then up to the catwalk itself. The room beyond the doorway to the northwest has been further excavated.

In the first main room are four new draugr, plus several dead miners and chests to be looted. A dead miner is at the top of the left side steps. This time, upon entering the barrow, a staircase on the right side is now open, with a novice-locked chest at the bottom. Ralis requires the draugr to be killed again so that the exploration can continue. It turns out all the miners were again killed as they dug deeper into the ruin. After some time has passed, a courier will deliver another letter asking the Dragonborn to return to the ruin. Once the draugr are killed and the door opened, the quest is continued by returning to Ralis.Īfter the ruin has been cleared, Ralis will request more money to recommence his investigation. Otherwise, just beyond the table is an adept-locked chest up some steps against the left (southwest) wall.

Speaking with Ralis will reveal that draugr have been awakened and the workers have been killed. After a few days a letter from Ralis will be delivered by a courier asking for help back at the ruins. The quest can be activated by speaking to Ralis Sedarys, who can be found at the ruins of Kolbjorn Barrow.Īfter speaking with Ralis, he will ask to help fund his excavation. tool essentially told me that one of my mods required SKSE. here it get's confusing, so i wouldn't blame you for leaving this behind, BUT. please help.ĮDIT: well i used tool to try and open my skyrim. not that im sure this matters, but my skyrim is special edition. i should also note i have a few mods installed from the mods tab from the in game menu. i know this is caused bu my vortex because when i disable all mods from vortex the game boots up fine. the game just reverts and nothing happens. in my steam library after i press play, for a few seconds the game says "running" and then for a split second turns to "syncing" and then.
